Phuket Goodwill Co.,Ltd (www.phuketgoodwilltours.com) is working as an agent only. We have insured all our clients with Travel Business Insurance covering maximum claim of 150,000,000 Baht but we disclaim responsibility for any loss & damages of clients’ belongings, change of schedule or irregularities caused by things which beyond control and we reserve the right to change the schedule without prior notice since some tours rely on weather condition

Privacy policy

All personal details that we received will be kept confidential and never be forwarded to the third party

Reservation & confirmation

All reservations will go to info@phuketgoodwilltours.com. The reply will be done by email within 24 hours. If you do not receive any reply within the period please resend or make phone call to +66 85 7818744 (or 085 7818744), +66 81 9788930 (or 081 9788930)

Payment

    1. By PayPal
    2. By direct transfer to bank account. You will need to spare extra budget for transaction fee as it is not included in the price and after payment is completed please email us the copy of pay slip and the service will be confirmed after receiving it.

    3. Pay upon arrival either by credit card or cash. We can assign our staff to meet with you and collect payment directly from you at hotel lobby. This has to be completed and done at least 48 hours prior to service date.

Cancellation & refund policy

Cancellation can be done by sending an email to info@phuketgoodwilltours.com with full details of your booking or calling +66 85 7818744 (or 085 7818744), +66 81 9788930 (or 081 9788930)

Cancellation made by clients on the tour date is applicable to full charge unless illness. No Show on the tour date without prior notice is applicable to full charge

Full refund will be given only under the following conditions:

      • Sickness that needs doctor’s certification
      • Tour operators cannot operate their tours/excursions due to some circumstances
      • Cancellation made by clients at least 48 hours prior to tour/excursion date
